The regular media accreditation is closed.
Media representatives can apply for accreditation in the late registration procedure via online form until 25 September.
Please note that in the case of this late registration we cannot fulfil any requests regarding access to special areas.
From 26 September onwards, it will only be possible to apply for subsequent accreditation on site during the opening hours of the Media Center.
Media accreditation is available to journalists of all fields (print, internet, TV, radio, photography, agency) and has to be applied for. Based on the submitted form, SCC EVENTS reserves the right to approve or deny accreditation.
Attendance at our press conferences and use of the Media Centre is still possible by accreditation on site with a Daily Pass.
Appropriately credentialed media is allowed to attend all press conferences and use the media center's facilities during operating hours. We provide a comfortable, full-service indoor location including workspace, wifi and power stations. It is fully staffed by SCC EVENTS media representatives.
Race-Day services include large-format direct feeds of the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON broadcast, real-time race updates, split and finish times printouts and the post-race press conference.
Further information regarding the accreditation process can be adressed to presse-akkred@scc-events.com. Other information requests regarding the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON have to be adressed to medien@scc-events.com.
There is a limited number of bib numbers for media, preferably for journalists who plan to cover the race resp. their experience when running it and journalists who have failed to get a spot by registering for the lottery. The entry fee is 205 Euros.
Interested journalists had until 10 May 2024 to express their interest. Between 10 and 17 June 2024, interested parties will be informed whether or not they will receive a starting place.
